Empower Path Consultants was founded by Elizabeth LaBelle, a dedicated consultant and proud solopreneur with a passion for supporting federal employees in navigating complex workplace challenges. With over 12 years of federal government experience and 7 years representing federal employees as a union representative — including leadership roles such as Local President and Denver Regional Vice President — Elizabeth has a deep understanding of the unique struggles faced by those in public service.

 

Elizabeth’s personal journey includes successfully advocating for herself as a pro se litigant in her own disability discrimination and reprisal case against the federal government. This hard-won experience fuels her mission to help federal employees who face allegations of workplace misconduct, suspension, or removal that they feel are driven by hidden motives. She understands how it feels for legal support to feel out of reach -- she herself was quoted a retainer exceeding $75,000 for her own case. Over time, she learned that there was a reason so few law firms seemed to work with federal employees, and it seemed to be related to the costly investment of specializing in administrative law and regulation.
