Empower Path Consultants does not provide licensed legal representation, nor does it currently employ any licensed attorneys. Our staff is comprised of former federal employees, former federal union representatives, and former pro se litigants who have successfully advocated for themselves within the administrative forum and wish to share their knowledge and know how with other federal employees utilizing these forums who need help but otherwise cannot afford legal representation or do not retain it.
